If you’re tired of living life the way you have been and you’re looking to make changes, you’re in the right place.

Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to help show us various pathways forward. This doesn’t make us weak for seeking out that support. In fact, speaking up and asking for support shows your strength. I imagine you are someone who doesn’t ask for help often.

Maybe because you’ve gotten so used to doing it on your own, it hasn’t felt safe to speak up, or you're ashamed of your situation. It’s easy to become hopeless when your life’s challenges are closing in all around you and you’re shouldering all of it alone.

Perhaps you’re . . .

  • Wanting your relationship to change

  • Looking to deepen the connection between you and your partner

  • Wanting to overcome trauma to live your life fully

  • Longing to finally create a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values

  • Feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward

  • Wanting to be a better parent or have a better relationship with your child

  • Tired of getting triggered and ready to reclaim your life

  • Wishing there was someone you could talk to about all these things you hold inside

Your healing journey can begin today. It is my privilege to create a compassionate, safe space in which your healing can start.

Whatever your concerns, I am glad you are here. As a dedicated therapist specializing in trauma recovery and relationship improvement, I am committed to supporting individuals, families, and couples as they navigate the complexities of their experiences. You deserve to thrive.

You don’t have to go through it alone. Your journey is uniquely yours, but you don’t have to navigate it solo. When you take that courageous step to get started, I’ll be there to listen, support, and guide you. Let’s connect and explore how we can build the life and relationships you envision.

I can help you with:

  • Substance use and compulsive sexual behaviors

  • Couples counseling

  • Infidelity and affair recovery

  • Trauma

  • Parenting

  • Identity exploration

Who I help:

I help adults and couples who are ready to heal from their pasts to create a more fulfilling future. Many clients I help are struggling with PTSD, addiction, out-of-control behaviors, betrayal trauma, navigating a divorce, or struggling with identity issues. Some clients are wanting a closer relationship with their children and support with parenting.

How I help:

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I partner with each client to tailor therapy to their unique needs. In our non-judgmental space, you can openly discuss any challenge. After all, if not here, then where else can you freely share your challenges?

Your Journey, Your Way:

Working with me means more than therapy sessions. It’s wraparound care—coordinating with psychiatrists, doctors, schools, and involving loved ones when appropriate. You’ll be supported every step of the way.

  • Masters in Clinical Psychology, California Lutheran University
